Happy 4th of July in St. Louis!

There was a Central West End parade- so we joined the party at 9am. Hux got a flag and noisemaker as part of the parade.

At the end of the kids on decorated bikes/moms & dads pushing strollers and wagons - an ice cream truck with free ice cream for the kids!!
Hux patiently waited, but was totally definitive on his choice when we got to the front of the line-Shrek ice cream pop it had to be.
Then Hux climbed, danced and sung around the fountain by the ice cream truck.



Afterwards, we walked around the CWE and saw the "water" after getting a balloon from the Staub's -a little grocery down the street where the florist was from Columbus and they stock Jeni's ice cream--I felt much closer to Columbus!!


Finally, a couple of moms at the parade told us about an awesome park up the road...Hux had a great time climbing.
